Normal wear from actually riding your Strght board is not covered by the standard return policy — but that doesn’t mean we’re finished with it.
Original Strght boards may be eligible for Strght for Life, our lifetime repair and refinishing program.
Through Strght for Life, an eligible original Strght board can be sent back to us for reasonably necessary repair or refinishing with no service or labor charge.
The customer is responsible for shipping the board to Strght and for return shipping.
We actually think a well-used board can get better with age. Scrapes, fading, worn edges, and the marks that come from riding give each board its own character and a naturally broken-in, vintage look that many owners choose to keep.
But if you prefer your board looking fresh, Strght for Life gives you the option to send it back to us. We’ll do our best to repair and refinish it so it looks new — or as close to new as the condition of the board reasonably allows.
Strght for Life is intended to help restore normal wear, cosmetic damage, finish issues, and other reasonably repairable damage.
The program does not guarantee replacement of products that are lost, destroyed, structurally beyond repair, intentionally damaged, or otherwise unable to be safely restored.
Strght for Life is separate from our standard 30-day Return & Refund Policy and is subject to its own eligibility and repair terms.
