Rancho pulls Southwestern influence into a distinctly Southern California frame.

Inspired by the shared spirit of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Rancho Santa Fe, California, the design brings together desert geometry, Western character, and an understated sense of luxury. It feels equally at home in the Southwest and along the Southern California coast. This Bubblegum edition takes that same carved language in a brighter, more experimental direction, bringing playful color into a design that still feels rooted and refined. Sand-carved and spray painted by hand in our California shop, it’s familiar Rancho - just a little less serious.

Built from 3/4" vertically laminated, three-ply bamboo, our Diamond Tail shape takes inspiration from the earliest days of skateboarding - when boards were little more than flat wooden planks with wheels bolted underneath. We kept that stripped-back spirit and gave it the Strght treatment with deep sand-carved artwork across the top.

There’s no traditional grip tape or added sand grip on the Diamond Tail. Our patented carved grip uses the depth and texture of the artwork itself to create traction underfoot while leaving the design completely exposed.

This piece lives a little outside the main line. It’s part of our secret menu - boards that came out strong, but weren’t intended for a full production run. Not exactly a one-of-one, but not part of the standard lineup either.

On the underside, it carries the same custom Strght badge along with a matching Rancho accent worked into the Diamond Tail, tying the artwork together from top to bottom.

Built to ride. Good enough to hang on the wall. We won’t be offended either way.
